Spicy seekh kebabs


INGREDIENTS:


Mince – 1 kg

Fried gram flour – 1 tbsp
Green chillies – 3
Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1 medium size
Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Fried brown onion – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder – ¼ tsp
Mace powder – ¼ tsp
Green cardamom powder – ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp



INSTRUCTIONS

In a grinder, put onion and grind, then add mince, green chillies, salt, fresh coriander, garam masala powder, fried brown onion, red chilli powder, mace powder, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and ginger garlic paste, grind and make smooth paste.
Now add gram flour and mix well.
Take out in a bowl and mix with hands. Leave for 30 minutes, then make kebabs and skew on skewers.
Grill, BBQ, cook on gas burner or fry in frying pan on low heat until done.
