Gulab Jamun
- Things You Need For Gulab Jamun
- Dried whole milk 1/2 Kg
- Egg 1
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Refined flour 3 tbsp
- Semolina 3 tbsp (sooji)
- Clarified butter for frying + 2 tbsp

- For Syrup:
- Sugar 1/2 Kg
- Water 2 cups
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Sterling silver leaves, almonds and pistachios for garnishing
Mix all Gulab jaman ingredients and knead into dough
- Dried whole milk 1/2 Kg
- Egg 1
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Refined flour 3 tbsp
- Semolina 3 tbsp
- Clarified butter for frying + 2 tbsp
Make into small balls.
Heat clarified butter in wok and fry till golden.

- Cook syrup ingredients in a pot till it thickens.
- Sugar 1/2 Kg
- Water 2 cups
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Sterling silver leaves, almonds and pistachios for garnishing
Remove from flame, add jamans in the syrup, and leave for ½ hour
When jamans have absorbed the syrub, put them in a dish.
Garnish with silver leaves, almonds and pistachios, and serve.
